WELCOME, ASPEN SHAKTI FAMILY
You're in the right place.
ASPEN SHAKTI IS NOW ALIVE ASPEN
Same studio, same classes. New name and excitement.
Nothing to set up. We still use Mindbody, so your login stays the same.

A NOTE FROM JAYNE
We have rebranded to ALIVE Aspen!
It's a long time coming, and the name is the evolved version of what we are all about, what we embody and what we are sharing.
We were never meant to just be a fitness studio…
We were always on a quest to help people go in through the body to release, feel good, find freedom and live fully awake, authentic and alive lives!
We are committed to our studio being the brand flagship! It has been the heart cave of the Aspen wellness community for many years — a place people come to connect, disconnect, go deep, move their bodies without judgement and experience more mind, body, spirit connections.
The name, the sign and the website URL will change, but the studio programming will be full! The classes will be the same (albeit we might have some new names). We are also adding in more immersions, teacher trainings and super cool products and apparel.
The great news is that you will also be able to find the ALIVE class outside of Aspen and be with us on this journey!
WHAT CHANGES & WHAT STAYS
WHAT THIS MEANS FOR ASPEN SHAKTI
The studio name. Aspen Shakti becomes ALIVE Aspen.
Website, Instagram, email. Everything moves to aliveaspen.com.
The studio itself. Redesigned around the brand.
Jayne's energy and the transmission. Same person, same teaching.
The class offerings.
The community. You are the founding story, not the thing being left behind.
The methodology. Six pillars, nervous system, music first. Unchanged.
THE STORY
It started as a class in a small studio in Aspen.
It stopped being a class. It became a movement, a cult, and a method with six pillars and a structure that can be taught.
The room got too small. That is a good problem to have.
So we are taking it out, with a new name, a new partner and the same energy as always.
ASPEN SHAKTI IS NOW ALIVE ASPEN
SAME STUDIO, SAME CLASSES
NEW NAME AND EXCITEMENT
OUR NEW POSITIONING
Your body is the true technology.
You have likely heard us say this during class… we are excited to share our new brand positioning.
OUR MANIFESTO
In a hyper digital world the truest and most sophisticated technology is the human body.
Alive goes in through the body.
To activate your efforts with supplements, therapy, weights.
To amplify your own best health, frequency, energy and power.
To live aligned, authentic, awake and fully ALIVE!
A communal setting.
A connection to your soul.
A frequency based training.
An embodied experience.
THIS IS ALIVE
PLEASE WELCOME OUR NEW TEACHER AND PARTNER
Anna Falcone
We have also brought on a fabulous partner to help us launch ALIVE outside of Aspen — she is the first of many formally-trained Body ALIVE teachers, and as it goes with those moments in life when you follow your spark, it ignites a flame!
Anna Falcone came to Aspen to learn how to teach the ALIVE movement class and is now a partner in the company! We welcome her to this passionate group and you can catch us doing events together in South Florida in November!
Stay tuned for more updates on her and a new location coming soon!
ALIVE IN THE WILD
We started in Aspen and are now headed into the wild…
The Body ALIVE movement class started here in Aspen and now we are expanding it outside of our magnificent valley — having Jayne teach the cult movement class at various studios, festivals and events.
Aspen has become known for a brand playground where companies come to see and be seen, but it is rare that a brand is built in Aspen and then forges a path outward, which is exactly what we are doing. So we need your help as we embark on this new journey.
